Location: Ribe HQ, Denmark (with regular international travel)

Having established a strong direct-to-consumer presence, we’re now investing in our next growth phase: building a structured B2B sales organization. Your mission as our Head of Sales is clear—create the environment, processes, and culture that enable local sales teams around the globe to consistently achieve their goals.

Your Mission

As Head of Sales, you will collaborate directly with our CMO and local market managers to build and optimize our global sales capabilities. Your role is to establish effective structures and processes that drive accountability, clarity, and consistent performance across international markets.

You will shape our global B2B sales strategy, from market segmentation and customer targeting to sales team enablement. You’ll equip local teams through effective onboarding, clear sales playbooks, ongoing training, and proactive coaching.

Additionally, you’ll take full ownership of our sales operations, ensuring our HubSpot CRM and automated processes are streamlined and transparent. Your collaboration with marketing will be crucial, ensuring seamless lead handoffs, accountability, and high conversion rates.

Provide direct support for strategic projects and key trade show events to ensure impactful representation.

What You Bring

You are a proven sales leader with a track record of developing high-performing B2B teams. You quickly build trust and understand the needs of customers (bonus points for previous experience with architects, designers, specifiers and contractors, but not a requirement).

You have expertise in managing CRM systems, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and leveraging sales automation tools effectively. You communicate fluently in English, are comfortable engaging with diverse global teams, and are ready to travel regularly to support international markets.

Your innovative approach and tech-savvy mindset help you continuously identify new opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and performance through new technologies.
